Export and Import ALL Data Files
How To Export Data Files
Export Function - This will allow you to EXPORT all the data files that are loaded into the Create New Bill Drop Downs. If you change computers then you can export these files and then use the import function as explained below to IMPORT them back into the Create New Bill Drop Downs.
How To Export Data Files
First you will need to create a new folder on your desktop - Name this folder - tmplusfiles
Once you have the folder tmplusfiles created - Click on the Export button
Locate the tmplusfiles folder and open it to save the data files into the folder
The program will export (3) folders into the tmplusfiles folder - One folder for each data file type (Price, Project Settings and Admin)
Import Function - This will allow you to IMPORT all the data files into the Create New Bill Drop Downs. If you change computers then you can export these files and then use the import function as explained below to IMPORT them back into the Create New Bill Drop Downs.
How To IMPORT Data Files
Click on IMPORT DATA FILES - See Image Below
Locate the tmplusfiles folder and click on it to start the Import Function
The program will IMPORT the data files located in each folder automatically
Now you should find the data files in the Create New Bill Dialog drop downs
