Labor Input - Recalculate After Modification
Labor and Associated Fees - Recalculate / Refresh Bill
Recalculate Function
Very IMPORTANT - Anytime you make a modification you MUST recalculate the bill.
Click on the Recalculate Button (see image below)
If you fail to do this then the LIVE Invoice total shown on the programs main interface will not be correct
If you do not recalculate the bill and close the bill file, then the program will auto recalculate next time you open bill file
Disable Auto Calculation for Multiple Modifications - If you find doing Global Modifications seem slow, un-check this box
Be Sure to Check the box back and then Click Recalculate button
Or You can use the Recalculate Bill button located on the top of the main interface - see image below - You will need to do this after every Modification of any kind to the bill.
