Project Settings - Control Buttons
The Following Buttons Defined
ENTER - Click Enter To Set Your Changes Made On the Project Settings Dialog to the Bill
ENTER - This is also used to Refresh the Bill - This will refresh and recalculate bill.
SAVE CHANGES - Click to Save Changes ONLY if you are creating a NEW Project Settings File
SAVE CHANGES - This should not be used if you are making changes with an existing bill file
CLOSE - Click to Close Project Settings Dialog
