Reduce By Travel Rate for Labor

About Reduce Labor Hourly Rate by % Feature

You can set this to reduce the labor rate by a percentage
Example - Published Labor Rate for Project Manager is $90.00 Per Hour
You need to bill this at $45.00 per hour - You would Enter 50.00 (50.00%) in the box (see image below)

In order to APPLY the Travel Rate Rule - This is done by checking the box on the Labor Input Dialog (see image below)

See Example Below on how this should look in Estimate Summary

First Entry is for Travel Time - See Work Description and Hourly Rate - It is reduced by 50%
Second Entry is for Work Time - See Work Description and Hourly Rate which is now Full Rate
