Project Settings - Travel Rate

Reduce By Travel Rate for Labor 
About Reduce Labor Hourly Rate by % Feature
  • You can set this to reduce the labor rate by a percentage
  • Example - Published Labor Rate for Project Manager is $90.00 Per Hour
  • You need to bill this at $45.00 per hour - You would Enter 50.00 (50.00%) in the box (see image below)

In order to APPLY the Travel Rate Rule - This is done by checking the box on the Labor Input Dialog (see image below)

See Example Below on how this should look in Estimate Summary
  • First Entry is for Travel Time - See Work Description and Hourly Rate - It is reduced by 50%
  • Second Entry is for Work Time - See Work Description and Hourly Rate which is now Full Rate
