Apply Optional Weekly Rates

Apply Weekly Labor Associated Fees

**IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS FEATURE, WHEN ACTIVATED, OVERRIDES THE DEFAULT RATES IN THE PROJECT SETTINGS FOR EACH ITEM 

  1. Open the Project Settings
  2. Click on Weekly Associated Labor Fee(s) to Open the Setup Dialog

Weekly Rate Dialog

Setup Instructions:

  1. Choose the Day of the Week that you want your Weekly Rates to begin on.
  2. Check each box and set your Weekly Rate for each Item.
  3. Once rates have been setup, Click Enter
  4. Click Close
  5. Click Save Changes before leaving Project Settings



Below is an example of an active Weekly Rate Dialog filled out:
Each rate is activated by checking the appropriate box. Unchecking reverts back to default rates.




Weekly Rate Rule: this setting will apply the weekly rate for each 7 day period, regardless of number of hours or days worked. 
Example:
Labor Works 1 Day for 4 Hours -  PPE is set at $175.00 Weekly Rate - The program will Bill $175.00 
Labor Works 7 Days for a total of 60 hours -  PPE is set at $175.00 Weekly Rate - The program will Bill $175.00
