Apply Weekly Labor Associated Fees

**IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS WILL OVERRIDE THE DEFAULT SETTINGS ON THE PROJECT SETTINGS FOR EACH ITEM THAT IS ENABLED ON THE WEEKLY RATE DIALOG 

**PROGRAM WILL BILL FULL WEEKLY RATE FOR EACH LABOR REGARDLESS OF HOURS OR DAYS WORKED.  USER WILL CHECK THE ASSOCIATED FEES BOX FOR EACH DAY THE LABOR USES THE ITEM THE PROGRAM WILL BILL ACCORDINGLY FOR EACH DAY AND CAP AT THE WEEKLY RATE. 

  • Open Project Settings Dialog
  • Click on Weekly Associated Labor Fee(s) Setup to Open Dialog

Weekly Rate Dialog

Follow The Instructions Below to Set Up

  1. Choose the Day of the Week You want To Start Weekly Rates 
  2. Check Each Box and Set Weekly Rate for Each Item

Weekly Rate Rule - Regardless of how many hours or days labor works the program will apply the weekly rate for every 7 days.  
Example:
Labor Works 1 Day for 4 Hours -  PPE is set at $35.00 Weekly Rate -  The program will Bill $35.00 
Labor Works 7 Days a total of 60 hours - PPE is set at $35.00 Weekly Rate - The program will Bill a Total of $35.00 at 5.00 Per Day.
