• Important Notice: When you are ready to print your field sheets be sure to identify what pages you want to print.  If you open your field sheets you will see how many of them contain data. Example your labor shows (2) pages with data so when you print you want to print pages 1 and 2. If it has 3 or more pages then you will print page 1 to ?. This is the same for ALL field sheets.

Below is the field sheets created by T&M Go -  When you create Field Sheets It will take time for the program to write these to Excel® - Please be Patient and allow the time to create

1. Field Sheets should be generated DAILY.   They are designed to list all items for a single date only.  - You should generate Daily Field Sheets and Daily Reports for T&M Pro. This is the same for ALL field sheets
   
2. If you need to print Field Sheets with no Input data - Open T&M Go - Upload the Price Data File for the Project then go to top menu File - Click on Create Field Sheets.  This will allow you to create empty field sheets.
   

Labor Field Sheet

1. Completed by T&M Go with the Data Input by User into the Labor Input
   
2. Total Hours will automatically be calculated by T&M Go and will appear as shown below

Material Field Sheet 

1. Completed by T&M Go with the Data Input by User into the Material Input
   

Equipment Field Sheet 

1. Completed by T&M Go with the Data Input by User into the Equipment Input
   

Specialty Materials Field Sheet 

1. Completed by T&M Go with the Data Input by User
   

Daily Project Summary Field Sheet 

1. Completed by T&M Go with the Data Input by User into the Daily Summary Input
   

1. Labor Field Sheets are limited to 340 labor inputs for each T&M Go Daily File. If you have multiple dates or more than 340 on the same date you will need to have more than one T&M Go file for that date/day.
