Project Settings - Phase Codes Set Up

Phase Code Set Up

Open Phase Code Dialog

  1. From Project Settings Dialog Click to Open Phase Code Set Up Dialog

Add New Phase Codes
  1. Click On ADD button
  2. Enter your Phase Codes -  Enter Phase Code | Category | Description - Items entered here will show in the Phase Code Drop Downs on the Input Dialogs
  3. Once you have these Entered - Click on the ENTER button to transfer to the Project Phase Code Table - See Image Below

Modify Phase Codes
  1. If you need to Modify an existing item, click on the item
  2. Click the MODIFY button.
  3. Make the changes and then Click the ENTER button to complete the Modification

To Remove an Existing Phase Code
  1. Click on the Phase Code you want to remove to highlight
  2. Once item is highlighted click on the REMOVE button - A confirmation will appear
  3. Click Yes to Remove the Phase Code

To Import Phase Codes
  1. User can Import a List of Phase Codes from and Excel® spreadsheet.
  2. User can create a Phase Code List and / or Keep Updating a List and import this into the Program.
  3. The Spreadsheet must meet the format requirements to import - To create a Blank Template (see export below)

Export Phase Codes
  1. You can also Export phase codes to Excel® and add | remove | modify items and then Import back into program using the IMPORT and EXPORT functions.
  2. Do not change the headers (line #1) or the import will fail.  See image below
