How to Apply Associated Fees Only

Applying Associated Fees Only

There may be a time when you need to bill a labor Associated Fees on a day they are not working. In order to do this, please follow the instructions.
Add Labor Class in Price Data File
  1. Under Project Data Files, Click on Price Data File.
  2. Under the Labor Items Tab, Click ADD.
  3. Input Labor Name as Labor Fees Only, Labor Class Abbreviation as LBRFEES and Hourly Rate as 0.00.
  4. Click Enter. Then click SAVE and CLOSE

Add Labor Class in Input Pages
  1. Click on Open Input Pages.
  2. Under Labor and Associated Fees Tab, Click on ADD.
  3. Enter the Name of Labor, Select LBRFEES for Labor Class, Check box for Associated Labor Fees that apply, Enter 8.00 for Total Hours Billed, and Check box for Bill Reg Hours Only.
  4. Click Enter. Repeat for any additional Labors that this must be applied to.
