Authorized Use & Third-Party Billing Restrictions
Billing for Non-Licensed Companies
T&M Pro Suite software is licensed for use only by the subscribing company. Use of the software to create and send invoices on behalf of any third-party company that is not a licensed user is strictly prohibited. This includes use of the software as part of a centralized billing service for unaffiliated or unlicensed entities.
Terms of Authorized Use

All invoices must list you (the licensed customer) as:

The contractor or service provider for the project

The entity designated as Accounts Receivable / Remit Payment To

Third-party billing is not allowed unless the third party holds its own license or is owned by the licensed customer.

The software may not be used to support centralized billing on behalf of outside companies.
Breach of Terms

T&M Pro Suite may request more information if a support request indicates possible misuse.

A 10% fee will be charged on the total of any invoice created in violation of this policy.

T&M Pro Suite reserves the right to:

Terminate all software licenses with no refund

Cease all support and services
-
End the license agreement without notice
