Project Settings - Hotels / Lodging
Setting Up Hotels and Lodging
- Click "ADD" to Open Hotel
/ Lodging Set up Dialog (see image below)
To Enter Hotel
- Enter Hotel Name
- You can Enter up to three (3) Daily Rates for each Hotel - This should be the actual Hotel Room Rate
- Enter Daily Rates - as shown on image, then Click ENTER to post to Hotel / Lodging Table
To Modify and Existing Hotel
- Click on the Hotel you want to Modify
- Click on the Modify button to Open the Input Dialog shown below
- Make the Modification and then Click ENTER to complete
To Remove and Existing Hotel
- Click on the Hotel you want to Remove
- Click on the Remove Button
- Click Yes on the message to Remove Hotel
To Import Hotels
- Import Hotel List from an Excel® spreadsheet
- You can update this daily without having to remove any hotels
- It will not import duplicated of any hotels already listed on Hotel / Lodging Table
To Export Hotels
- Export Hotel List to an Excel® spreadsheet
- You can update this daily if needed without having to remove any hotels and Import back into the Project Settings
- It will not Import Duplication of hotels already listed
- If you need a blank Excel® Template - Export with no Hotels Listed
Adding Hotels In Labor Input Dialog
Important Note: The Hotels List should only contain the Hotels associated with the project being estimated. Listing Multiple Hotels is not recommended unless they are being used in the current estimate. Having a list of unused Hotels can cause issues and put your estimate at risk.
- This is a Hotel Billing Function - The use of this allows user to estimate hotels per individual labor input.
- Estimate by Hotel Name - Daily Rate - Percentage of Rate 100% = Single Occupancy or Input Number of Rooms for this Labor Class. (The program will automatically pro-rate the amount per labor based on the input)
