Material Price Data

To Open - Click on the Tab "Materials and Consumables" (See Image Below) 



Components of the Materials and Consumables Data 

  1. ID - This is the ID number used for the Input
  2. Name - This is the FULL Material Item Name (Description) 
  3. Unit - How this item is being billed the Unit Type
  4. UnitCost - This is the rate that is being billed per the Unit
  5. Cost - This is where you can enter Cost for the item if you are using the Project Cost Module 
  6. Parent ID - This is where you can create a smart list for material items.

Material and Consumable Input Price Dialog - (See Image Below) 


To Add New Material Items - (See Image Below)

Click on Materials and Consumable Tab - Then Click On ADD to open the dialog - (See image below) 


To Modify Existing Material Items - (See Image Below)

  1. Choose Material Item - Click On To Highlight 

  2. Click on Modify to open Dialog 

  3. Make Changes then Click ENTER and CLOSE then Save and Close 


To Remove Existing Material Items - (See Image Below) 

  1. Choose Material Item - Click On To Highlight 

  2. Click on REMOVE to remove Material Item 

  3. A dialog will appear asking you to confirm - Click Yes 

  4. Then Click Save and Close
