Menu Item - Project Support
Open Project Support
Click on the Project/Bill Support Menu to Expand the Menu (see image below)
Upload Supporting Docs
This function allows the user to upload supporting documents to bill and will be part of the actual bill file
Click On Browse - Locate the PDF file you want to upload into bill file
Double Click on PDF file to load into the Upload Support Documents Dialog seen below
Once you are back to the dialog Click Upload to include file in the bill file
Important Note: PDF can cause the bill file to be very large in size.
To Delete an uploaded file - Select file in drop down and then Click on Delete
Bill Page - Support
- Once Support Docs are uploaded into bill there will create links on the Support Page (see image below)
Upload Project Photos
This function allows the user to upload supporting photo documentation to bill and will be part of the actual bill file
- Click On Browse - Locate the Image file you want to upload into bill file
- Double Click on Image file to load into the Upload Images to Photo Page (see Photo Page below)
- Once you are back to the dialog Click Upload to include file in the bill file
- Select File and then Enter Photo Caption and Photo Description then Click ENTER
- Important Note: Images can cause the bill file to be very large in size
- To Delete an uploaded file - Select file in drop down and then Click on Delete
