Labor Price Data
To Open - Click on the Tab "Labor Items" (See Image Below)
Components of the Labor Price Data
- ID - this is the ID number for the labor class; even though we do not use this during the input, the program uses it in the price database for labor
- Title - this is the FULL Labor Class
- Title Abbr. - this is the Abbreviated Labor Class - this is what is shown on the labor input dialog drop-down list
- Hour Rate - this is the "regular" Hourly Rate that is billed for the Labor Class - "overtime" is automatically calculated within the Program and Settings
- Lodging - this is for Lodging Allowance ONLY; -this is NOT related to Hotels; -this is an optional item that would cover a Negotiated Daily Lodging Allowance based on, or related to the Labor Class Billed
- Sort Value - this allows you to assign a Sort Value to present your staff in the order you specify on your labor bill page. (Example: Managers, Supervisors, Skilled, Gen Labor, Etc..)

To Add New Labor Items - (See Image Below)
Click on Labor Items Tab - Then Click On ADD to open the "LABOR CLASS AND RATE ADD | MODIFY | REMOVE" dialog - (See image below)
To Modify Existing Labor Items - (See Image Below)
Click on Labor Items Tab - Then Click On the Labor Item to Highlight then Click on MODIFY - (See image below)
Choose Labor Item - Click On To Highlight
Click on Modify to open Dialog
Make Changes then Click ENTER and CLOSE then Save and Close
To Remove Existing Labor Items - (See Image Below)
Choose Labor Item - Click On To Highlight
Click on REMOVE to remove Labor Item
A dialog will appear asking you to confirm - Click Yes
Then Click Save and Close
