Travel Rate Settings

Travel Rate Reduction Feature 
Hourly travel rates can be specified as a percentage of the regular hourly rate in your project settings file.
  1. In the example below, the percent of reduction is set to [50.00]
  2. Accordingly, a published labor rate of $55 would be reduced by 50%, resulting in a billable travel rate of $27.50/hour



To APPLY the Travel Rate Rule:

  1. Create a separate labor input for the travel time only
  2. Check the "Bill as Travel" box in the Labor Input Dialog, as shown below:


The travel rate is applied and appears as a separate line item in the billing details, as shown below.
